Tuesday, November 24th 2:30 pm Dealing with Holiday Stress 2020

The 2020 holiday season will require us to adapt our family traditions to keep everyone safe. These changes in our normal holiday activities may add a level of stress, grief, and anxiety to our days. Learn how to beat the holiday blues and create a plan to help manage stress including relaxation techniques.

Tuesday, December 1st   2:30 pm Building Resiliency for Today and Tomorrow

The current crisis is unique in its uncertainty. We are not sure what the future will look like and when the pandemic will end. This creates fear and brings additional challenges to coping with everyday tasks. These are touch times, but they offer an opportunity for growth and to build resiliency. Join us to learn ways to build a resiliency plan in a time of uncertainty.
