Council News

Laurie has been in touch with Marlene in Madison regarding a Flu Clinic for Borough employees. The date has been set for October 27. The Mayor had suggested that Laurie share immunization information in the upcoming edition of Plains Talk. Laurie was able to get an earlier press release from Marlene and will be editing it for the upcoming Plains Talk. She will then email this new release to the Board. It will also contain the information about the Rabies Clinic.

Laurie explained that the Borough has accepted some grant money for the Click It or Ticket, as well as a Clean Communities project.

Laurie reported that the deer cull number is up to 13 so far this season.
