GO! Morris Plains
Purpose
GO! MORRIS PLAINS is a citizen’s group and an advisory committee. The group believes there are “great opportunities” (GO!) to make our town even more livable through improved, expanded — and safer– ways to skip the car, improve our health, volunteer in town, enjoy our parks, and support our local downtown.
Goal: Make Morris Plains one of the 10 most livable, walkable, runnable, rideable towns in the state by promoting car-free options that connect all neighborhoods, parks, schools, the library, and our Borough offices and community spaces. GO! MORRIS PLAINS recommends proven ways to make better—and safer— use of our roads and trails for walking, running, and bicycling.
All are Welcome!
Volunteers are needed! All are welcome to participate if you walk, run, ride a bicycle, scooter, skateboard, use a wheelchair or in other ways go “car free” to get around town.
