The Lead Remediation and Abatement Program provides funding to help homeowners and renters address lead-based paint hazards in homes built before 1978.
Lead exposure poses serious health risks, especially to young children. This program is designed to make homes safer and healthier by identifying and eliminating lead-based paint hazards.

The household residing in the unit must be at or below 80% of Area Median Income.
