  • When paying by credit and/or debit card, you will be assessed a 2.65% credit card fee by MuniciPAY of the total amount of the charge, or $3.00, whichever is greater.
  • MuniciPAY is a third-party vendor contracted by the Borough, but otherwise unaffiliated with the Borough of Morris Plains.
  • When entering payment on MuniciPAY site, you will need your invoice # and amount due.
