MuniciPAY is an online payment option for the following.

• Recreation – for recreation classes and town wide garage sale
• Teen Center – for annual registration
• Clerk – for individual garage sale or Farmers Market Vendor Fee
• Municipal Alliance – for programs such as Stage Fun
• Fire Prevention Permits and Fees

MuniciPAY accepts credit or debit cards. You will be assessed a nonrefundable 2.65% credit card fee by MuniciPAY of the total amount of the charge, or $3.00, whichever is greater.

Be sure to have your invoice # (if applicable) to enter on the payment screen.
MuniciPAY is a third-party vendor contracted by the Borough, but otherwise unaffiliated with the Borough of Morris Plains.

Pay property taxes online using credit/debit or ACH.

• • There are fees associated with paying your tax bill online. If you pay by ACH or e-check, there is a $1.95 convenience fee.
  • The fee for all debit and credit card payments will be approximatly 2.95% of your total bill.
  • Taxes are paid online through a a third-party vendor contracted by the Borough, but otherwise unaffiliated with the Borough of Morris Plains.
