The Morris Plains Police Department is a New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police accredited agency which provides service to the nearly 6,000 residents of the Borough of Morris Plains. We are dedicated to not just protecting and serving our residents but also to preserving the quality of life within the Borough.

File a Non-Emergency Complaint Online
Morris Plains citizens, customers or any victim of a crime that occurred within the Borough limits can file police reports online. After completing all required information you will be able to print a copy of the information that you submitted. If the incident you wish to report is an emergency, a crime in progress, or involves any type of injury please do not submit the report online and dial 9-1-1.
