Annual Registration for Teen Center is now online and consists of four steps for registration to be complete. Registration must be completed first in order to receive an invoice number. Invoice number is needed to complete steps 2 through 4

In accordance with Borough of Morris Plains and N.J.S.A. 15A:3A-1 et seq, as a condition of volunteer service, the Borough of Morris Plains requires background checks on all individuals who will be working with children. Please indicate which Parent/Guardian(s) will complete this step. These background checks will not be given to anyone under the age of 18. Since a parent/ guardian will be required to chaperone, please complete this required application as part of your registration. This must be completed annually.
