Are there any special requirements?
- Services can only be provided if the situation can not be alleviated through any other means or source. The Office of Aging may refer the senior to The Office of Temporary Assistance or other providers to verify no other funding source is available.
What information is needed in order to be eligible for the program?
- A person must provide demographic information as well as their address.
- Verification that no other funds are available in order to complete the request.
