As a reminder, MCMUA’s curbside crew have now started placing “No Plastic Bag” decals on recycling setouts that contain plastic bags.
Plastic bags, film, and any bagged recyclables of any kind are not accepted in the MCMUA’s curbside recycling program. Plastic bags and film jam machinery at the materials recovery facility causing injury to workers and mechanical failures.
