Family Fitness Morning May 18th @ Community Ctr 10:30 – 11:15 Tae Kwon Do

Martial Arts skills and drills make learning fun and informative for each student. Instructor John Hertzel teaches using positive reinforcement, reiterating self discipline and self control. This is a family program and parents are encouraged to join in the activity! Parents should plan to be in the room and either participate with their child(ren) or observe from the sidelines.
