Fee: $85 each session
Grades 3-5: Join us for a Kids Yoga adventure designed for big kids. Through movement, storytelling, and sensory exploration, children will
practice coordination, balance, focus and body awareness. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Children can expect to use their
imagination, move their bodies in new ways and be introduced to mindfulness practices. Please bring your own water bottle, exercise mat
or large towel.
