Farmers Market Additional Application Steps for Food & Alcohol Vendors
After your application is approved by the Farmers Market Board, you must submit the following additional forms required by county and state agencies. Please return these promptly to avoid delays as this process can take up to 3 weeks to review and approve. Once these agencies have cleared your application, we will contact you to finalize your registration with insurance and payment.

Additional Step for Vendors Serving Alcohol – Complete the Application for Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control- POSSE ABC Online Licensing and submit to the Borough Clerks Office

Note: The State of NJ charges an additional fee for this permit and must be paid to them. The Borough of Morris Plains is not responsible for collecting this fee.
Fire Permit and Inspection – (Required if using an open flame)
For any vendor that will require the use of an open flame at the Farmers Market (examples include food truck, portable grill, deep frier, propane, charcoal) – Complete the Farmers Market Permit Application .
